Principle & Testing Methodology
Radiographic Testing uses differential absorption of penetrating ionizing radiation (X-rays or Gamma-rays from Ir-192 / Co-60 sources) directed through the test object onto high-contrast radiographic film or digital detector arrays. Variations in material thickness or density caused by internal flaws produce contrasting image densities for evaluation.

- Internal slag inclusions and tungsten entrapment
